Notary Stamps – Now With The Latest Technology

Posted by admin | May 20, 2009 .

Once upon a time, the only authorized notary stamps seemed little bit like staplers, except for that when hard pressed mutually, the two parts left an stamped impression on a paper document generally called notary seal. The scheme was that this 3D seal couldn’t be copied illegally with a photocopy machine. At present, with the arrival of latest technology, the older stamp is still authorized, but new substitutes have been introduced.
Electronic stamp

Notary Stamps

In advanced world, paper documents that want to be authenticated and witnessed may turn up over the internet, joined to mails. They can still be lawfully notarized with an electronic notary signature. Generally, this software is accepted by the state for a notary public who has been trained & certified. Electronic notarization procedures, systems and processes may not be recognized yet or not be used in each and every state.
Rubber Stamp

At the present, rubber stamps are authorized as notary stamps. Several have to be inked by being pressed on an ink pad but the others are self inking. They create an ink impression of a state seal in addition to the notary’s name and date when the commission expires, with his commission figures.
